All over the world, large amounts of financial resources are allocated to molecular and medical genetics studies, which are considered as the technology of the future. With the rapid development of genetic technology and the completion of the Human Genome Project, the applications of biotechnology and molecular biology on human genetics have started to take place in our daily lives, so the need for trained workforce in this field has increased at the same speed and parallel.
To be a graduate of Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Genetics, Genetics and Bioengineering, Molecular and Cell Biology, Clinical Embryology, Medical Biological Sciences Department and one of the related fields.
To have received at least 60 points from ALES in the type of program applied for, or to have received an equivalent score from an exam accepted as equivalent by the Council of Higher Education. To have a score of at least 60 from YDS or to have an equivalent score from an exam recognized as its equivalence by the Higher Education Council.
To gain PhD degree students should take at least 7 courses and seminar course should complete total 240 ECTS including 120 ECTS of thesis of PhD and student should defense of thesis and pass the oral exam in front of Jury in the last semester of program.
